Hi, I'm Kelsey. I'm the face behind all things Tahoe Pine.
Hi, I’m Kelsey!
I live tucked right between the Wasatch Mountains in American Fork, UT with my rad husband and our two pups, Stevie and Bennie. You can usually find me wandering the mountains, Nordic and downhill skiing, running dirt or road trails, fly fishing, or soaking up some sun outside. And of course—crafting handmade jewelry inspired by all of those adventures.
One of the most common questions I get is: “Why the name Tahoe Pine if you live in Utah?” Great question—and one I love answering. I’m wildly sentimental. My dad is from the Tahoe area and grew up spending his days there. I’m lucky to have shared so many beautiful memories with my family in Tahoe as a kid. It holds a big piece of my heart. We still visit often, and every time, it feels like coming home.
I like to think of myself as free-spirited—always up for an adventure and just following where life leads. Since graduating high school in 2017, I’ve taken school here and there, but I’ve been learning to slow down and give myself the space to enjoy this one precious life. That’s exactly what I’m doing.
Metalsmithing is how I express myself creatively. I love working with my hands and often get completely lost in the process—it’s meditative, calming, and fills me up. My work is deeply inspired by the outdoors, the creatures I love, and the places that mean the most to me. I hope that spirit comes through in every piece I make.
