return policy

Tahoe Pine does not accept returns/refunds/exchanges of any kind. please check all details and sizes before you place your order. however, if there’s an issue with your order upon receiving, please email tahoepine99@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving and we will see how we can help you.

invalid addresses

if your order is returned to our fulfillment center due to an invalid address, the customer is responsible for covering the cost to reship the item and any associated fees. please reach out as soon as possible; if we don’t hear from you in a timely manner, we may not be able to fulfill the new shipment and a new order will need to be placed.

damaged/lost packages

often times packages are scanned into the postal system but haven’t yet shipped. please be patient waiting for this to update.

in the rare and unfortunate occasion that your order is lost, damaged, or stolen during the shipping process, Tahoe Pine is not responsible for replacing or refunding your order. we will help you in any way we can, but once the package has left our fulfillment center, we have no more information than you do on your tracking slip. customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier, not Tahoe Pine.

international shipping

i am stoked to offer international shipping! your order may be subject to import duties/taxes/VAT which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination. Tahoe Pine is not responsible for these charges, they are the responsibility of the customer.
